Do you know  AskBlue ?We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.We are looking for  Scrum Master  Senior  to join our company in one of our projects, in  Lisbon .The candidate will act as a servant leader for Data Factory teams, across locations (Lisbon and Paris), by facilitating clear communication for the management and the teams.This position will work in an environment where the scopes of the technologies used in the projects will tend to grow.This position will be for a Scrum Master that embrace agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement.Tasks: Must work with the Product Owner, Development team, and other stakeholders involved improving and increasing the interactions between all and understanding if the squad's work is completely transparent;  Must ensure that events take place and that attendees understand its purpose and help everyone to understand the framework and its values and apply best practices; Gatekeeper between the Development team and all stakeholders by fielding & filtering inappropriate inbound requests and communication; Coach the Squad members, always asking "How can we get better?"  Servant Leader: managing all non-development activities and allowing the team to focus; Promotes and supports the value delivery across the tribe; Servant-leader and coach for the Tribe; Facilitates tribe events and processes (PI planning process management); Assists the squads in delivering value.Requirements: Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology;                       Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira; English (read, spoken, written - C1 level minimum); French knowledge is a nice to have; Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail; Proactive and resilient, taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising; Great communication skills while being capable of negotiating with sponsors and reaching to an agreement; Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes; Good work ethic and high levels of motivation; The candidate should be available for travels as long as it is needed.Work Arrangement: Hybrid.Offer: Health Insurance; 3 and a half days of leave per year + 22 vacation days; Unlimited access to Udemy.If you are interested in the opportunity, upload your C.V. or send it to ****** with the reference #16471547 in the subject.AskBlue - Business & Technology
