We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum Master
Seniority: Junior (1-3 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Braga. Candidates must be living in Portugal already!
The amazing you, will have:
Between 3 to 5 years of experience as Scrum Master;
Mandatory - experience being Scrum Master in Banking/Fintech sector;
Experience with Scrum framework and Agile principles;
Experience with the software development life cycle;
Experience in Agile Software Delivery methodologies;
Define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance;
It's mandatory to speak both English and Portuguese fluently;
Hybrid Project - twice per week at Braga office or Coimbra office.
