Side by side with MAN Truck & Bus, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, we are hiring for a dedicated team in our Hub. MAN Truck & Bus is focusing on four key areas: Alternative drive systems; Digitalization; Automated driving; Road Security; Thus transforming itself from a commercial vehicle manufacturer to a provider of intelligent and sustainable transport solutions. About the Team: Autonomous vehicles are an important field in the Strategy of Traton and its truck brands (MAN, Scania, Navistar, VW CO). Together with digitalization and electrification, they form the building blocks of the future product lineup. The challenging work that is done in the vehicle (onboard) to conquer autonomous driving needs to be accompanied by a matching offboard cloud ecosystem. This will allow to operate fleets of autonomous commercial vehicles from a central place, a control center, without a driver involved. Therefore fulfilling legal requirements for supervision as well as establishing the use case for our customers to economically use autonomous vehicles (AVs). Your Responsibilities: Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset; Ensure that the team has a transparent work model; Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes; Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively; Responsible for agile artefacts, enabling the team to find the best agile frameworks (if necessary) and/or methods that meet their characteristics and stages; Enable the team in conducting group dynamics and agile ceremonies; Be updated to teach andmentor the team and organization, participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvements in the team's day-to-day activities; Promote synergy betweenteams; Provide support to Product Owner; Responsible for helpingthe team to maintain the big picture; Keep team motivated andhaving a sustainable environment
