Scrum Master (+5 Years Of Experience)

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
English proficiency should be at least C1 level;
Scrum Master certified;
Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
Agile Estimating & Planning;
Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: Automated Testing techniques;
Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment;
Test Driven Development;

Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity;
Tools: Jira/Confluence;
Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;
Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best;
Experience in development (valued);
Great communication, analysis and listening skills;
Software Craftsmanship's;
Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn;
Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);
Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon.
