Scrum Master (+5 Years Of Experience)

Equação IT is a company focused on boosting technology and solid solutions through our expert consultants leading a high perspective and adding value to our customers with the purpose of providing optimization and business growth to our partners.We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following requirements:Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;English should be at least B2;Scrum Master certified;Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);Agile Estimating & Planning;Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:Automated Testing techniques;Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment;Test Driven Development;Metrics:Velocity vs Productivity;Tools: Jira/Confluence;Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, organized and to be at their best;Experience in development (valued);Great communication, analysis and listening skills;Software Craftsmanship's;Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn;Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon.
