Responsibilities You will be responsible for direct interface with the sales team and customers to provide technical support and solutions.You will design new marketing data and formulations driven by customer needs and market trends.You will be responsible for the evaluation of sensory, stability, and efficacy performance of materials.You will present new data to the market via conferences, trade show speaking engagements and white papers.Decision making Typically, you have the authority to make decisions related to methodologies and research approaches.

Technical Knowledge and Skills Advanced understanding of personal care formulation developmentBasic awareness of regulatory guidelines and restrictions for new product developmentIntermediate knowledge of personal care industry market trendsPosition Requirements Education: A bachelors degree or higher in a life science.
Experience: 3+ years experience in personal care formulating and/or ingredient testing.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a strong capability for presentation creation, Project management software.
Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English.
Working arrangements: Lab position, on site 5 days weekly.
Traveling required: Trade shows, customer visits as required.
