Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalization and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Your role:
You will be supporting the Expertise and Development Team Core HR and will be responsible for:
Develop, Deliver, Operate and ensure the delivery of operational Reporting for legal or conventional purpose.Support and contribute to enhancements of the product of toolset helpful to the Reporting.Ensure the delivery of a strong business added value to customers of our products and services.Act as a point of contact with the technical Reward teams.Monitor and support overall performance and effectiveness on HR standard solution toolset.Ensure the implementation of HR standard solution.
