Our team is actively seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager who is highly motivated to join our dynamic group.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing the testing stages of SAP implementation projects and ensuring that our test processes are in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Outline and enforce project test strategies
Organize, schedule, and oversee test phases including functional unit test, integration test, user acceptance test, and regression test
Generate effort estimates and formulate test plans
Monitor and oversee test-related work packages
Perform test-related risk assessments and help teams develop test cases
Determine test data requirements and ensure timely delivery of test data
Harmonize test activities across various functional teams
Uncover opportunities for test automation and collaborate with the central unit to realize them
Choose, deploy, and maintain test tools
Communicate test progress and handle defect management
Assemble, direct, and motivate test teams
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in test management within complex and global software implementation projects
Expertise in diverse software development models including waterfall, agile, and hybrid
Proficiency in employing test support tools like Jira and Confluence
Strong project management capabilities with experience in leading (sub-)projects or teams
Background in business processes in a minimum of one SAP module
An ISTQB certification or similar
Exceptional communication proficiency and confidence in English
High level of initiative coupled with exemplary planning and organizational capabilities
