Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join our corporate SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
As part of the Affidea Group, a leading healthcare provider operating in 15 European countries, this role will support SAP VIM implementations, optimizations, and enhancements across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP VIM configurations and customizations, with a deep understanding of vendor invoice management and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
This role will also involve supporting mergers and acquisitions within the group, ensuring SAP VIM solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.ResponsibilitiesSAP VIM Implementation and Configuration.Lead SAP VIM module implementation and configuration, tailored to healthcare sector requirements.Customize VIM workflows to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers and suppliers, optimizing efficiency.Collaborate with country management to ensure compliance with country specific and European healthcare regulations and standard.Provide technical expertise in SAP VIM, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, SD).
Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces, with a focus on optimizing invoice processing and compliance.
Troubleshoot technical issues within the VIM module, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.Leverage SAP ABAP and SAP Workflow skills to enhance VIM functionality and address specific business needs.Ensure seamless integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third party systems.Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for customizations, enhancements, and VIM workflows.Support data migration and data management activities for SAP VIM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP VIM processes and functionalities.Work closely with other SAP technical and functional consultants to deliver integrated, effective VIM solutions.Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support for SAP VIM users.Develop and update user documentation, training materials, and configuration guides for VIM solutions.About Affidea:We are a highly successful pan-European healthcare provider offering premium outpatient services, imaging, laboratory diagnostic, orthopedy and cancer detection, and treatment.
