We are currently looking for an SAP Support Specialist :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE
Technical Support
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues.
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular system maintenance. Coordinate with SAP Basis team for system updates, patches, and upgrades.
User Support
Provide first-line support to end-users for SAP-related inquiries and issues.
Assist users with SAP functionalities, ensuring they are fully trained and can leverage the system's capabilities.
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Functional Support
Work with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Customize and configure SAP modules to support business processes.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
Incident and Problem Management
Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Analyze recurring problems and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Collaboration
Work closely with other IT teams and external SAP consultants to resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with business units to align SAP functionalities with business strategies and objectives.
MANDATORY SKILLS
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Agile product teams.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Ariba, AP, AR, GL, etc.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
SAP certification is a plus.
