Job Requirements Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Project Experience: At least 1 implementation and 2 AMS support projects
Certification: Professionally or Associate level active Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification or in other modules like recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll.
HR Knowledge: Experience in HR HCM processes.
Employee Central: Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies, data, and reporting.
Integration Knowledge: Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs.
System Configuration: Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts, and educating clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
Skills: Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 400.00€ - 500.00€ per day
