Your typical day will involve leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision.
ResponsibilitiesExpected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Lead current state assessments to identify opportunities for creating business value.Define high-level customer requirements and develop business solutions.Structure the necessary frameworks to realize identified opportunities.Develop business cases to achieve the vision.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Must have 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.Experience in conducting current state assessments and identifying business opportunities.Experience in developing business cases and presenting them to stakeholders.Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English Language.Excellent communication and presentation skills.We are passionate about guiding organizations throughout their digital transformation journey.
