Sap Successfactors

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors to join our partner in the automotive area.
Responsibilities:
Perform testing and train end-users.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that solutions meet performance and functionality standards.
Provide end-user training and develop user guides and documentation to support the systems effective use.
Assist with data cleansing, migration, and validation during system implementation or upgrade.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any user issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
Strong understanding of HR processes and how SAP SuccessFactors supports them.
Experience with SAP's SuccessFactors product in the following modules: Employee Center, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation and Benefits.
Preference for knowledge of integration with SAP Employee Center Payroll.
Preference for knowledge in CPI environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
