The new Lisbon Tech Centre
To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. About the Position
As a SAP ABAP HR Developer you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and support of HR applications.
To be successful the candidate must be highly collaborative, able to effectively interact with peers, management and leadership teams, excel at cross-team initiatives and act with a sense of urgency when issues or requirements arise.
Main Responsibilities
Design and develop program based on the functional requirements.
Provide expert Subject Matter/designing thinking and functional support, including maintenance for complex activities within SAP ECC HR module.
Prepares technical designs document and unit testing.
Proposes robust solutions to meet the functional needs.
Builds professional relationships with team members and clients, to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.
Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis.
Ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
Requirements and Skills
IT degree in High school or University.
At least 3+ years experience with SAP core module expert knowledge and understanding including HR Human Resources: Time Management, Organizational Management, Payroll, Benefits.
Experience in SAP configuration within the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP-HR.
Strong understanding of the UI principles.
At least 3+ years with OData and REST API.
Knowledge and/or strong experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, APIs, and/or SAP RFC connections.
Must have previous experience working on international projects.
Languages: English and French welcome.
Required aptitude and qualities: Communication skills - Collaborative instinct - Resistance to stress - Ability to Analyze - Flexibility.

This position requires you to work from office in Lisboa (Parque das Nações) 3x a week.
