Your contribution to something big: As SAP Consultant for Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, you will play a crucial role in Bosch Home Comfort's operations as we migrate from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Actively contribute to the division-wide migration project, ensuring seamless transition and optimization (from R/3 to S/4 HANA).Work on design, harmonization and requirements in SAP ERP R/3 and S/4;Analyze and translate order-to-cash and sales-related insights into actionable IT work packages and make them transparent to the team.Consult worldwide operating sales organization & business units regarding integration and onboarding of new sales, master data processes and applications in a customer-oriented, re-usable and supportive manner.Execute requirement workshops, create specifications, support the implementation in SAP, train and support our key users.Actively communicate, change management & align with related stakeholders worldwide.What distinguishes you: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA solutions.Consulting or industry experience with focus in Order to Cash processes.Know-How: In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.Languages: Good English and Portuguese skills, written and spoken.Working Style and Methods: Adaptable and open-minded in fast-paced environments.Collaborative team player with excellent presentation and coordination skills.Personality: Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.Willingness to work with cross-functional teams in an international environment;Mobility: Willingness to travel 20–30% expected.Benefits: Health insurance and medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic)Training opportunities (e.g., technical training, foreign languages training) & certificationsOpportunities for career progression and continuous professional developmentAccess to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch productsSports and health-related activitiesSuccess stories don't just happen.
