JOB DETAILS:Position: Functional SAP SD/CS Consultant (Senior Level)Location: Porto or Lisbon (negotiable)Work Model: HybridDAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:As a Senior Functional SAP SD/CS Consultant at Top Sigma, you will:Promote the usage of global business processes and ensure adherence to SAP standards.Follow company guidelines and policies related to documentation and process management.Identify potential risks and roadblocks, supporting business users to ensure maximum adherence to the solution.Provide expertise for root cause analysis on escalations from Level 2 support, and help in fixing issues or proposing solutions.Design enhancements that comply with the existing SAP SD core solution and business needs.Prepare general and detailed specifications according to methodology and quality expectations.Handover design specifications to the offshore team and manage the transition effectively.Handle solution customization and collaborate with the local development team as needed, ensuring proper process compliance.Provide recommendations on SAP functionalities to improve business operations.Ensure verification and regression testing is completed on any SAP solution changes.Leverage technical basis knowledge to troubleshoot incidents efficiently.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience working with SAP SD.Fluent in English.Experience with debugging and providing L2/L3 support.Strong background in solution design, customization, and SAP process adherence.Ability to write detailed specifications and technical documentation.Experience with end-to-end testing, including verification and regression testing.Capable of recommending changes and improvements to optimize SAP solutions.NICE TO HAVE:Basic knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) module is an advantage.ABOUT TOP SIGMA:Top Sigma specializes in providing cutting-edge IT solutions, including SAP consulting and implementation services.
