Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough survey of the company's business processes related to SCM;
Assist in the development of blueprints for SCM processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects;
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers on customization requirements;
Configure SAP S/4HANA for SCM processes, including direct procurement, inbound and outbound processing, handling unit management, x-docking, STO, IC sales, and stock transfer processes;
Test developments and configurations to ensure alignment with requirements and functionality;
Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase;
Develop user instructions and documentation for SCM processes;
Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams;
Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support.
Requirements:
4+ years SAP experience, focusing on SCM processes, with practical experience in ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion;
At least 2 completed full-cycle projects/sub-projects oriented on SCM processes for fashion or retail companies;
Recommended practical experience with SAP AFS and SAP CPI and any message broker solution like Rabbit or Kafka;
Strong understanding of Fiori's approach and SAP for retail and fashion master data;
Good cross-functional experience with SD and WM modules;
Good knowledge of fashion-specific functionality, including ATP and ARUN;
Ability to perform customization and development in SAP to meet business needs;
Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities;
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users;
Quality and deadline oriented;
Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
