Responsibilities:
Participate in the survey of the company's business processes to understand MRP and procurement requirements;
Assist in developing blueprints for MRP and procurement processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects;
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and consult with ABAP developers on customization needs;
Configure SAP S/4HANA for MRP and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices;
Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements;
Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase;
Develop user instructions and documentation for MRP and procurement processes;
Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams;
Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support.
Requirements:
3+ years SAP experience, focusing on MRP and Procurement, with practical experience in ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion;
At least 1 completed full-cycle MRP and procurement project (or MRP sub-projects);
Strong understanding of the Fiori user experience platform and SAP S/4HANA;
Proficient in configuring MRP parameters and executing MRP runs within SAP S/4HANA;
Experience in shop floor integration, reporting, and analysis related to MRP;
Ability to perform customization and development in SAP to meet business needs, including ABAP and Fiori;
Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities;
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users;
Quality and deadline oriented;
Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
