Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules; Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions; Identify rootcauses and solutions for recurrent problems; Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database; Create detailed technical specifications for the ABAP team; Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Experience in SAP QM; Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production Support; Experience with S4 Hana is a plus; Experience inrollout projects is a plus.
Other Requirements: Fluent in English; Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain workable solutions; Customer focus and service delivery; Availability to work in the EU.
