Key Responsibilities: 5+ years in a similar role; Experience of SAP QM Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support; Knowledge of S4 Hana; Experience in rollouts projects; Main Tasks: Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules; Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions; Identify root causes and solution for recurrent problems; Update and maintain allSAP documentation and knowledge database; Create detailed technical specifications for ABAP team; Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing.
