If this challenge sounds interesting, apply!Responsibilities:Participate in the survey of the company's business processes to understand requirements;Assist in developing blueprints for production planning processes;Collaborate with ABAP developers in developing Functional Design Documents (FDD);Configure SAP S/4HANA for production planning processes;Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements;Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase;Develop user instructions and documentation for production planning processes;Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams;Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support.Requirements:4+ years SAP experience, specializing in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion;Led 2+ full-cycle projects in production planning and execution as lead consultant;Recommended experience with MES/shop floor control system integration;Competency in managing production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control;Strong understanding of the Fiori user experience platform and its applications in PP;Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements within the PP/DS scope;Familiarity with the integration of PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM);Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities;Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders;Quality and deadline-oriented;Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.What we offer:Health insurance;A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;Remote onboarding process;Team events every semester for new adventures;Culture of proximity and transparency.
