Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Lead the implementation and roll-out of ERP related processes such as Quotation2Order and Order Management in Bosch OneEshop based on BCP (Bosch Commerce Platform) in an international and multi-brand environment.Collaborate with sales departments and central teams to support the transformation of business process requirements to IT process requirements, driving innovation in eCommerce strategies.Ensuring the implementation of defined processes with focus on SAP ERP (R/3 and S/4 HANA) integration and coordinate the solution design in collaboration with the architecture team.Serve as the primary liaison between central sales departments and development teams, ensuring efficient and sustainable implementation of processes for the Bosch OneEshop solution.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Education:Degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a related field.Experience:Proven expertise in B2B eCommerce, with a background in consulting or industry.In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems (R/3 or S/4 HANA), particularly in SAP SD modules supporting Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.Skilled in Agile project management with hands-on experience using tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.Know-how:Strong understanding of complex architectures, with a focus on eCommerce solutions and SAP ERP integrations.A demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.Languages:Good English and Portuguese skills, written and spoken.Working Style and Methods:A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environments, with a strong focus on customer orientation and change management.Personality:Open-minded, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for international teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.Mobility:Willingness to travel 20–30% expected.Additional InformationWork #LikeABosch includes: ?
