By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Your contribution to something big:As a SAP migration expert, seeking a challenging role in supporting Bosch's transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will:Manage the migration of our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations;Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, encompassing data analysis, data cleansing, data mapping, and system integration;Oversee the entire migration process, from planning and preparation to testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;Proactively identify and mitigate risks and possible need of data cleansing and data corrections, ensuring the migration's success and a positive impact on our overall business strategy;Work in collaboration with a central governance team which steers the overall migration for the overarching S4 migration activities in our division.What distinguishes you:Education: Business Administration, Information Technology or similar;Experience: Experience in SAP R/3 migration projects. Experience in managing complex projects;Know-How: Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities and migration methodologies;Personality: Good team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.
