Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys of client's business processes related to SAP S/4HANA implementation;
Assist in developing Blueprint for processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements;
Collaborate with ABAP developers in developing Functional Design Documents (FDD);
Configure SAP S/4HANA to support client processes, with a focus on master data management;
Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and integrity;
Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase;
Develop comprehensive user instructions and documentation;
Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional;
Assist in the go-live process and provide support post-launch.
Requirements:
7+ years SAP experience, specializing in ERP for Retail, with focus on SAP S/4HANA Fashion and Master Data;
Strong understanding and at least 4 completed full-cycle projects/sub-projects oriented on Master Data for Fashion and Retail companies;
Participation in at least 2 projects with aATP and SCM as a Team leader/Expert;
Experience with SAP AFS and message broker solutions like Rabbit, Kafka, or Azure (recommended);
Proficiency in Fiori's approach and deep functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Fashion master data concepts;
Competence in ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 for custom developments and enhancements;
Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities;
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders;
Quality and deadline oriented;
Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
