Job Description
Your contribution to something big: As an SAP Logistics Consultant, you will be part of a central department within the Bosch Home Comfort division, shaping logistics excellence across a dynamic, multinational environment. With your expertise, you will ensure seamless SAP processes, from design to implementation, driving innovation and optimization. Specifically, you will:
Lead SAP projects (MM module) and participate in roll-out projects for S/4HANA and EWM. Actively participate and lead the creation of innovative concepts and IT solutions within the areas of warehouse management, production supply and outbound logistics. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, considering best practices and Bosch standards. Implement continuous improvement strategies for warehouse and outbound logistics across all Bosch Home Comfort plants. Provide technical support to productive areas, resolve challenges, and create documentation to standardize processes. Conduct workshops and trainings for diverse stakeholders, fostering growth and knowledge sharing. Qualifications
What distinguishes you: Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent. Experience & Know-how: Strong expertise with the SAP MM module within the logistics area. Experience in providing trainings and supporting tests executions. Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes. Solid familiarity with SAP ERP/R3 and S4/HANA. Good application knowledge in the area of SAP EWM, is a plus. Languages: Proficient in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Working Style and Methods: Exceptional communication and documentation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Personality: Team-oriented, adaptable, and driven by curiosity for new challenges. Mobility: Willingness to travel 20–30% expected. Additional Information
