For our SAP division, we are looking for SAP In-House PDM/PLM Consultant.
This is a full-time position which can be based in one of our locations: Ettlingen in Germany, Porto in Portugal or Fällanden in Switzerland.
responsabilidades
Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics&Operations
Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, for PDM/PLM and Document Management
Contribute efficiently to all phases of an SAP implementation project life cycle including documentation
Consult the global Business community in the Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management and related areas like Document Management.
Drive the Business organization in the definition and the creation of Business Requirements, be accountable for the creation of Solution Proposals
Design process solutions, create functional specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
Align new solutions with your SAP PDM/PLM stakeholders (Subject-Matter experts, SAP Key-Users and external 3rd Party Service Providers)
Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (service requests, incidents and minor changes)
Qualificações
Bachelor's degree
Diplom/ Master's degree
Adequate qualification in SAP ERP consultancy area
Ability to manage conflict situations
Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
Able to quickly adapt to new situations and to work autonomously
Assertiveness
Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
