.Joining the HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing payroll support in SAP. You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget. You will be participating in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources. Opportunity to work in an international environment with a diverse team. Managing the payroll for several countries: Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and the possibility to participate in projects to implement payroll for additional countries. ABOUT THE JOB: As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will be participating in the HR & Travel Expenses team and provide support to the Technology Team Leader. You will support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems. You will focus on the more technical aspects of the projects, such as payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination in development work. You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes and teams. You will manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control. A proactive and prompt interaction with the end-user community is vital to the success of the team.
