Job Description Your contribution to something big:
Innovate and develop advanced SAP Product Cost Planning & Controlling solutions;
Strategize and manage data cleansing and process harmonization needs across SAP systems;
Act as a vital link between central business process areas, ensuring seamless integration and optimization;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local cut-over activities, organizational change measures, and training content;
Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization, cost reduction, and quality improvement;
Support the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA, contributing to state-of-the-art solution design.
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
Education: University degree plus professional experience (> 2 years) in operative controlling of a global industrial company or as a financial business analyst/consultant in the automotive industry;
Technical Skills: Knowledge in SAP R/3 and ideally S/4 HANA;
Soft Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills in English;
Self-organized and focused with strong analytical skills to develop fresh ideas and provide customer solutions;
First experience in project management;
Team player and open communicator through virtual collaboration tools as well as in person;
Drive changes actively and turn problems into solutions;
Willingness to travel;
Languages: Proficiency in English;
