JOB TITLE - SAP ERP Support Role with Record to Report (RtR)

About The Role -
We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP ERP Support Role with Record to Report (RtR) expertise to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Record to Report (RtR) processes, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Record to Report (RtR) processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Analyzing and resolving issues related to RtR processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
Collaborating with finance teams to streamline RtR processes and improve system performance.
Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides for RtR processes and SAP ERP functionalities.
Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects related to RtR processes.
Staying updated on SAP ERP best practices, financial reporting regulations, and industry trends.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
Proven experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Record to Report (RtR) processes.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RtR processes within SAP ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations.
