What skills do we value?
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP FI module implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Proven track record of successful SAP project lifecycle management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI module configuration and integration, including:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Asset Accounting (AA)
o Bank Accounting (BA)
o Consolidation
o Special Purpose Ledger (SPL)
• Knowledge about legal requirements like SAFT, IES, Mapas fiscais, VAT declaration, etc.
• Proficiency in SAP customization and enhancement using user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and IDocs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SAP FI certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage SAP FI module implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FI solutions across all sub-modules within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Oversee all phases of project life cycle, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and map them to SAP FI functionalities.
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements or customizations to address specific business needs.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring optimal use of SAP FI modules.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and business outcomes.
