Sap Basis Consultant

Your responsibilities include:
Installation and configuration of SAP software, including corrective and evolutionary updates (Patches, Support Packages and Notes);
Exploration of SAP environments (Development, Certificate or Quality and Production);
Start/Stop services;
Content Exploration in the SAP Portal;
Analysis of startup logs and SAP traces;
SAP profile management;
Copy and maintenance of clients;
Management of SAP Online Support System (OSS);
Control and correction of reported anomalies;
Data purge;
2nd Line technical support to incident and order management;
Requirements: You must have:
Know-how and previous experience with managing SAP ERP, SAP HANA and BW (2 years);
Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Analytics Cloud;
Speak Portuguese (C1) and English (C1);
Availability to work Hybrid (4 days in the Lisbon Office);
