You will join the Systems Compliance team within the Financial Systems Department.Are you convinced that Systems are key contributors for Risk and Compliance?A Risk and Compliance Organization supporting all divisions is being reinforced within Financial Systems. Its role will be to secure Finance authorizations in Airbus Finance leading SAP platform.As a Finance Access Rights Technical Expert and part of this new team mixing IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers, your mission is to support Airbus Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill his roles & responsibilities.You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment.As a focal point, your activity will require you to play a critical role in securing Finance authorizations across a significant scope (70 legal entities, cross countries). She/He will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the Finance Authorization concept, the solutions securing the execution of the user access provisioning and access reviews in compliance with defined rules.As part of Risk and Compliance Systems team within Finance, you will:Manage SAP user access;Conduct regular assessments of user access rights, identify risks and make recommendations for changes to mitigate risks;Responsibility for implementation, and maintenance of SAP authorization profiles and roles in accordance with defined standards and best practices, support design and concept;Monitor and troubleshoot SAP authorization issues and provide end user support;Collaborate with experts from Central Key Users and IT teams on role design to ensure business requirements and system security aspects are fulfilled;Develop and maintain SAP authorization policies, processes, and procedures and ensure audit proof documentation;Support SAP security and authorization audits and compliance reviews;Report and document security incidents and investigations as required;Develop and maintain user training materials and deliver training to ensure key and end users understand SAP security policies and procedures;Stay updated with the latest SAP security and authorization trends and technologies;Support evaluation and analysis of business requirements to develop authorization strategies aligned with business and security objectives;Support development and maintenance of SAP authorization and user management policies, processes, and procedures;Support implementation and execution of IT General Controls (ITGC) regarding authorizations and user management, including mitigation measures for SOD conflicts;Take over responsibility for own work packages in big SAP projects in the area of authorization and user administration.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:Degree in IT, Engineering or Management;2 years of experience working with SAP Authorizations;Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture, modules and integration (SAP certification is a plus);Knowledge in SAP data flows, single and composite roles;Knowledge of Audit/Internal Controls/Compliance and SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts;SAP Tcodes as PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SE16; SE93, SE01;Experience in Projects involving systems deployment in the Finance function;Experience in Users Supporting/Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow is a plus);SAP S4/HANA, Fiori and BW (also known as BI) systems (ECC is a plus);Microsoft Excel/Gsheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and other formulas);Change Request Management (ChaRM) tool or similar;Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase;Language Skills: English written and spoken (B2 level or +).Benefits - what's in it for youDiverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world;A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work;A modern office at Parque das Nacoes, well connected to public transportation;A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together;An intense and exciting onboarding experience.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Portugal SAEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Financial ExpertiseBy submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
