Your responsibilities will encompass both the functional integration and maintenance of complex security implementations, as well as the management of customer engagements throughout their entire lifecycle.You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, providing end-to-end security services that ensure both operational excellence and proactive issue resolution. In your role as security consultant, you are responsible for supporting, implementing and maintaining the partial or entire SAP security service portfolio. This includes Security Note Analysis and Implementation, managing roles and authorization concepts, conducting security risk analyses, ensuring compliance with audit and segregation of duties requirements, support in the Enterprise Thread Detection environment and resolving technical security issues swiftly.In addition to your technical security expertise, you will also take on customer engagement tasks. You will ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations and fosters long-term success by guiding customers through the various phases of the CAS Security engagement, including transition, operations, and offboarding. You will be responsible for customer engagement, promoting service quality and excellence. By collaborating with internal teams and maintaining clear, consistent communication with customers, you will drive the delivery of service excellence while identifying areas for innovation and improvement.Throughout your role, you will play an integral part in orchestrating communication between technical teams and customers, ensuring that all interactions are seamless and contribute to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your experience in both security and service management will allow you to provide well-rounded support that enhances both the security and operational efficiency of customer systems.What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP solutions with a focus on security-related topics and customer interaction
