Location: Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid. Tasks:Analyse and forecast supply and demand to optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate planning.Support Supply and Demand analysis using MRP, MPS, and VMI techniques.Manage incidents and service requests, providing effective and timely resolutions.Implement corrective maintenance by identifying root causes and resolving issues.Handle complex or specialized service requests that require tailored solutions.Document procedures and workflows for incidents and service requests to ensure consistency.Requirements:Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas; 3 to 5 years of experience as a SAP APO Consultant.Strong understanding of supply and demand management, as well as forecasting.Experience in the use of MRP, MPS, VMI, or similar tools.Proven experience in incident management, service request support, and resolution.Ability to design and implement tailored solutions for complex service requests.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.We Offer You:Full-time contract with the client company.Continuous training and career advancement possibilities.22 days of paid vacation, plus 4 extra days annually (Carnival, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and Birthday).Annual budget allocated for professional training and development.Interested candidates should send their CV.
