We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Solutions Specialist with at least 1 year of Salesforce experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking client engagement strategy.
Responsibilities Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide insightful solutions.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Independently seek out missing information by engaging with relevant stakeholders, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
System Analysis: Quickly adapt to new Salesforce environments, analyzing existing setups—even with limited documentation—to identify areas for improvement.
Solution Development: Design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations that meet client requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation to enhance system understanding and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Functional Consultant or Developer; 2 years preferred.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms with the ability to learn new systems swiftly.
Initiative: Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively address challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating situations with incomplete information and figuring out solutions independently.
