To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated into the core technology workforce. Responsibilities Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks. Participate in the complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices. Identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources regarding status, risks, and any technical issues. Apply best practices in your developments and challenge solution designs from other software engineers/developers in the team. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on the development of features in the sprint. Ensure functional and technical health of features developed by your peers by cross-testing among the development team and participating in all test phases. Help the support team troubleshoot and deliver quality solutions to bugs raised in production. Academic Background Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience. Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exposure to call-center solutions. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Superbadges). Solid technical knowledge of Salesforce products (ability to investigate and debug issues). Strong knowledge of Agile methodology; experience with Jira and Confluence is suitable. Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Desired Personal Skills Strong problem-solving skills.
