MAIN PURPOSE Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to help support the delivery of Client engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons.
The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security controls
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of Salesforce and integrate with other systems
Design and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce Lightning Framework
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity
Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components
Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is a must
Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs
Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce with external systems
Experienced in Agile delivery
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable
