What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Expert specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform management, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our marketing, sales, and service processes.
Must have:
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
- Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Experience in strategic projects
- Advanced knowledge of the technology in question
- Experience in designing/architecting solutions on the technology/platform in Salesforce
- Certifications in the technologies / platforms in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
-Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools
