Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the utilities industry. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including Field Service Lightning and other utilities-specific modules. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications. Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation. Keep abreast of industry trends and Salesforce updates to ensure the platform meets evolving business requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant). Extensive experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions for the utilities sector. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Place: Lisbon (hybrid)
