Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support marketing, sales, and service operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business needs. Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant). Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
