We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis or engineering and a deep understanding of Salesforce Communication Cloud (Omniscripts) and catalog migrations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving business success.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Adhere to project plans and timelines, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development or a similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (Omniscripts) and catalog migrations.
Experience and knowledge in Telco related business and practices, such as TM Forum (SID).
Salesforce Certifications (e.g. OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, Communications Cloud) (nice to have).
Experience in SQL and database tools (nice to have).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
