We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, business processes, and technical capabilities.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, developing custom solutions, and ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of our business.
What you'll be doing:Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings.Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows.Develop and maintain basic reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise.Assist in designing and testing custom Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members.Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications using available tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes.Assist in Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely updates and quality delivery.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help prioritize work.Provide user training and support to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, suggesting platform improvements when relevant.What you'll need to have:Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools like Flows, validation rules, and formulas.Knowledge of Salesforce security settings and user management.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Portugal - Sword Benefits & Perks:Health, dental and vision insuranceMeal allowanceEquity sharesRemote work allowanceFlexible working hoursWork from homeUnlimited vacationSnacks and beveragesEnglish classUnlimited access to our Learning PlatformNote: Please note that this position does not offer relocation assistance.
