Our GBS is looking for a Sales Support Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
Internship Plan
Be able to correctly perform all tasks in the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning):
Update of customer and intercompany prices;
Placing open orders, closed orders, and canceled orders (for parts, transport, D&D) for external customers for all European plants and internal customers;
Maintaining material master data and creating material information records;
Support Sales Administration and cooperate with the Accounts Receivable team to support any topic related to invoicing and cash tracking.
Be able to manage and carry out tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the work group and the organization:
Archive documents and reports;
Participate in Problem Solving Groups and/or participate in improvement groups with a view to solving problems;
Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute to the optimization of teamwork processes.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
No experience required
High school, Degree in business school
Good computer skills (MS Office), Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Good communication skills in English (mandatory), French or German or Spanish (valued)
