Responsibilities: As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and assisting sales staff with their daily workload. Key responsibilities include: Completing daily follow-up phone calls and emails with clients. Assisting the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off. Responding to inbound phone calls and providing timely responses to new leads. Following sales processes and maintaining an organized workflow. Note: This position is for a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM-midnight CET). Qualifications (must have): We are looking for dynamic individuals who meet the following criteria: Communication: Native English, excellent in writing and speaking, to effectively manage client interactions. Experience: customer care/call center experience. Availability: Flexible for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work. Skills: Strong in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and familiarity with European geography. Adaptability: Versatile in handling client needs, detail-oriented, numerically skilled, and passionate about travel. Travel experience within Europe. Preferred Qualifications (good to have): Sales experience. Well traveled within Europe. Hospitality industry experience. Remote working experience. Prior exposure to the travel industry.
