.O Grupo Nortempo encontra-se a recrutar Sales Support (M/F) para empresa do sector farmacêutico, situada em Algés.JOB DESCRIPTION:Providing administrative support, on a distance, to the allocated (key) account manager(s) in order to reach commercial objectives and to build up good customer relations.Administrative support of the Account Managers regarding the set-up of correct Quotations in SAP as well as quality check of standard reporting.Examples of Tasks:Drawing up request form for creation of customer master data (collection address, invoice address, VAT number).Supervising timely creation of correct masterobjects for sales prices as well as purchase prices for treatment, transport and services.Addressing system incompatibilities generated by the quotation check program.Maintenance, actualisation and clean-up of SAP quotations with the support of, among other tools, the OBI Mastertable.Input of cost distribution in SAP.Monitoring accuracy of legal reporting available via e-reporting (Waste register, ADR, IMJV, PRTR, EWC).Follow-up on approval process of pro forma invoices in collaboration with customer services during periods of significant price evolutions/price changes.Problem solving in relation with SAPExamples of Tasks:Input into the established databases.Drawing up credit and debit note requests when customer requests come in through the sales department after consultation with the appropriate decision level within Indaver.Entering supplements (for non-conformities) sales prices in SAP.Tender ImplementationExamples of Tasks:Ensuring that quotations are set-up in a smart way in line with the guidelines for quotation set-up.System Optimisation and efficiencyExamples of Tasks:Repricing of orders which, inevitably, have late price confirmation (day and monthly prices).Update/change quotations according to the rules and guidelines of the optimisation project.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSEducation: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experienceExperience:Min. three years of experience in a commercial/administrative environment.Job-Specific (technical) knowledge:Knowledge of SAP (especially SD flow) or equivalent ERP system.Ability to retrieve information from SAP and Navision and/or other systems and consolidate the relevant customer information in 1 report on Customer Zone.Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of languages (Dutch, French, English) if relevant.Basic knowledge of chemistry is an advantage.COMPETENCIESValue-linked competencies:Empathy, safety and care of the environment.Mutual trust.Open in word and deed.Result-oriented (effectiveness).Striving for continuous improvement (efficiency).Strategic Competencies:Customer-oriented (internal/external).Willing to share knowledge.Open to change.Specific Competencies (if applicable):Accuracy.Progress monitoring (= ensure things get done).Cooperative.Initiative (= pick up phone to progress things).Planning and organising (= first things first)
