What you'll do
Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Foster a collaborative environment where individual strengths are leveraged to achieve team goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and growth for Reddit's advertising products.Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure that team members consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools or technologies that can enhance team performance.What you'll need
Experience in sales roles (preferably in digital advertising or SaaS).Experience in team management is mandatory.Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must.A minimum of 6 months tenure at Teleperformance Portugal is required.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales goals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Availability to work at the office full time.Benefits
