What you'll do

As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you'll assist in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions by collaborating with agency Partners;
Provide strategic advice and help agencies to get the best ROI on their clients' advertising investment;
Work closely with clients in a consultative role;
Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies;
Implement creative ways to improve Google's Agency relationships;
Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products;
Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used;
Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.



What you'll need

Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (C1);
Consultative solution selling in B2B environment, preferably for advertising products;
Experience building or managing online advertising campaigns;
Familiarity with SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Analytics;
Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner;
Able to handle a complex sales cycle that will have multiple contacts within a company;
Proven success in acquiring new clients, as well as experience in cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
