Descrição Responsibilities: Achieve targeted revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage, and coverage of all customer segments.Develop a database of channel partners to find new customers and increase business volume with existing ones, analyzing the customer database in the assigned region to identify new opportunities and growth strategies.Report to the respective product manager on closed business, submitting a forecast for the forthcoming month and a list of lost business with valid reasons.Marketing & Sales Planning: Communicate with customers regularly about promotions and special offers in a timely and professional manner.Vendor & Reseller Relations: Develop, execute, and maintain good relations with the reseller channel in the assigned region.Teamwork: Facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the activities of the sales team, assisting in developing selling strategies to maximize profitability.Perfil ideal Job Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales.Experience with HP products.Job Qualifications Requirement: At least 4 years of experience in the same position (Sales Manager/ Business Unit Manager in Portugal).Experience selling HP and IT hardware products is a must.Experience in IT distribution.Good market knowledge and analysis.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Vantagens Opportunity to take ownership of revenue growth and gross profit margin (GP) within a designated region, with the ability to make a significant impact by driving customer expansion, optimizing product portfolios, and improving regional and segment coverage.
