The Job: Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
Key Responsibilities: Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with Company' customers by telephone, in Czech.
Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques; Provide efficient and accurate information and assistance to the clients, offering them a solution adapted to their needs; Establish and maintain effective collaboration with Company' partners Requirements: Fluent Czech language skills; Proficient English communication skills; Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities; Basic technical and computer skills; Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment; Team-oriented with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
