We are importer of Suzuki, Benelli, SYM, Brixton, Derbi, Super Soco, and Peugeot Motocycles in several European countries. As a Sales Representative, you are primarily responsible for selling products and generating sales for the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Central and Eastern Switzerland) and, if required, in other regions. You report to Moteo's Swiss subsidiary: Grandjean Diffusion SA. You advise customers (B2B dealers) on the business, contribute to increasing their sales, advise on market developments, and offer new opportunities in the region. You will use the 'consultative sales' approach, emphasizing market developments, customized solutions, customer sparring partnerships, and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Organize and conduct regular visits to independent dealers to help them better position themselves and sell more products by focusing on the common goal; while promoting measures to increase end-customer traffic. Identify dealer and end client needs, business challenges, and provide advice. Analyze the market, identify accounts, and create an account plan for the region. Provide dealer acquisition by approaching potential customers and giving presentations. Proactively maintain dealer relationships by translating, developing, and monitoring the account plan and dealership. Close deals by building trust, providing thorough explanations of products and services, and developing new applications. Manage and coordinate small projects, partnerships, promotions, and engage with social media networks. Follow market and competitor developments and anticipate where necessary. Maintain thorough administration (including correspondence, contracts, quotations) in collaboration with inside sales. Organize off/online dealer training about product specifications, market insights, news, and promotions. What do we expect? You have a minimum of 3 years in a dealer network of 2-wheels or automotive business as a sales representative. Commercial flair and drive are your nature. You are a go-getter, strongly results-oriented, and have the will to succeed. You put our customers first and stand for a personalized approach; hands-on mentality. Swiss-German native speaker with good knowledge of French and sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 Word and Excel, ideally with some experience in ERP/CRM. Able to convince others of a way of working. Stress-resistant and know how to prioritize. Autonomous, multitasking, and available a few weekends a year (events). Driving license for motorcycle and car, with willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland (80%) and 20% rest of Switzerland. What's in it for you?
